Refund Policy

One-time purchases (e.g. $9 Starter / BIP unlock)
Because the full plan is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once the plan has been generated. If the plan failed to generate or the Service was unavailable, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel any time from the account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months. If you were charged in error or experienced a service outage, contact us for a review.
How to request
Reach us through the in-app support channel with your account email and the transaction date. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
